Australia – Property Investment

As an ex-expat, I know the frustration of working overseas and figuring out the “what and how” of investing in property back home. Which suburb? Which city? Which state? What type of property?

The good news right now is that there has been some corrections in the market and there is plenty of stock available…great time to be a buyer.

After 7 years back in Australia, I have enjoyed great success in property investing, and have developed an investment methodology (with plenty of trial and error!) that I know can help you to achieve the same while you are working overseas.

From sourcing properties, through to “live” coaching in negotiations, arranging Australian finance, conveyancing, building and pest inspections, property managers….the lot.

This is a part-time gig for me so no pressure on my part.
